Our first shop, and the one with the easiest parking — there's plenty of it right outside, which makes it the simpler stop if you're driving. Convenient if you're in Duston, Kings Heath, Dallington, East or West Hunsbury, Spencer or Upton.

Both shops carry the full range:

Why come in rather than order blind

Most of what we do over the counter isn't selling — it's sorting people out.

Matching coils. Bring the device and we'll identify exactly what it takes in under a minute. Coil naming is genuinely confusing — Aspire alone has half a dozen similar-sounding families — and getting it wrong online means waiting for the wrong part to arrive. Getting the nicotine strength right. Too low and you'll keep reaching for cigarettes; too high and it's harsh. It's a two-minute conversation that makes the difference between switching successfully and giving up on it. Nicotine strength for beginners is the background.
