Which strength do I need?

The two questions that decide it are how much you smoked and what device you're using.

• 20mg nic salt — the like-for-like swap coming off cigarettes or a disposable. Needs a higher-resistance pod, 1.2Ω or 0.8Ω.

• 10mg nic salt — lighter smokers, or stepping down.

• 3mg or 6mg shortfill — only for sub-ohm devices. Putting 20mg salt through a sub-ohm coil is genuinely unpleasant.
