Sour Vape Juice
Sour is a small but committed category. These blends lead with the pucker — sour cherry, sour apple, sour raspberry and the sweet-shop classics built to make you wince slightly on the inhale.
The sourness comes from food-grade acids in the flavouring, and it does two useful things: it stops sweet blends becoming sickly, and it keeps the flavour noticeable over a long session in a way pure sweetness cannot.
Two practical points. Sour blends can be sharper in the throat than their sweet equivalents, so if you are on 20mg nic salt you may want to try 10mg here. And the acidity can shorten coil life slightly on some kits, though nowhere near as much as heavy sweeteners do.
If you have hit flavour fatigue on sweets and fruits, sour is usually the most effective reset besides menthol — it is hard to stop noticing.
