Innokin iSub Plex3D coils in 0.35 ohm. Fits the iSub tank range. Plex3D is a three-dimensional mesh rather than a flat sheet, which increases surface area without raising the resistance.

This sits in restricted direct-lung territory: a looser draw than a cigarette but not wide open, warmer than an MTL coil and using noticeably more liquid. It suits 50/50 or high-VG juice at 3mg to 12mg.

Coil life is governed by your e-liquid far more than by how much you vape. Dark, heavily sweetened flavours gunk a coil fastest; clean fruits and menthols last longest. Change it when the flavour flattens rather than waiting for a burnt note - pushing on past that point taints the next tank as well.
