Liquidy według mocy nikotyny
Nicotine strength is the decision people get wrong most often, and getting it wrong is the usual reason a switch from cigarettes does not stick.
The short version: if you have just stopped smoking, start at 20mg in a pod kit. If you are running a sub-ohm tank with real airflow, you want 3mg. Everything else is a step between those two.
The other half of the answer is your device. A tight pod on a high-resistance coil needs a high strength to satisfy; a big sub-ohm coil delivers so much vapour that a low strength is plenty, and a high one would be unbearable. Match the two and vaping works. Mismatch them and it either does nothing for you or takes your throat out.
Not sure? Ask in either Northampton shop - it takes thirty seconds to get right and saves a lot of wasted money.
